If you are someone who enjoys a treat that isn’t too too sweet but still has some delicious flavor, then look no further!

This recipe is as simple as can be and can be a perfect for a quick treat or even as a shared activity if you have kids who love to help in the kitchen!

Personally I love having banana bread as either a yummy dessert post any dinner meal, or even as a quick breakfast before I’m out the door in the morning. But of course it’s also a great snack for anytime you have a craving.

Ingredients:

3 Ripened Bananas

2 Eggs

1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar

4 Tbsp of Salted Butter

2 Tsp of Vanilla Extract

1 Tsp of Cinnamon

1/4 Cup of Instant Oats

1 1/12 Cups of Flour

1 Tsp of Baking Soda

1/4 Cup of Crushed Almonds

Recipe:

Step One:

Mix the wet ingredients (Bananas, butter, eggs, vanilla extract) and brown sugar. Once all combined together, add in cinnamon and instant oats. Then add in flour, making sure to mix together to avoid any clumps being missed. After combining everything together mix in the baking soda and crushed almonds.

Step Two:

After mixing all ingredients, using either a baking pan or bread pan (I personally use a foil bread loaf pan) use your own oil of choice to coat the pan to prevent sticking.

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step Three:

After greasing your pan and preheating your oven, pour your bread mixture into your pan and place in your oven for 20-25 minutes.

A trick I use to make sure it is fully baked is once my bread is out of the oven, I put a toothpick in the center and if its clean when I pull it out the bread is good to go!
